The youngest child of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, AbRam has often been the cynosure of all eyes ever since his birth. He is also the apple of the eye of the Khan family. As for Shah Rukh, the superstar is often seen gushing about his toddler’s cute antics during interviews. He has also posted about some of his adorable moments spent with his son on social media. And now on the occasion of AbRam’s birthday, his mother Gauri Khan has the sweetest words for her youngest.
We have often seen that the elder children of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, Aryan and Suhana dot on their youngest brother. The duo has often been spotted taking care of him whilst travelling too. Now considering that it is AbRam Khan’s 5th birthday, not surprisingly, it will be celebration time at the Khan household. However, there have been no details about a bash being planned.
This month seems to be quite special for the Khans as this is not the only birthday that is being celebrated. Interestingly, just few days ago, AbRam’s elder sibling Suhana Khan celebrated her 18th birthday and her loving parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan wished her in their own style on social media. It is a known fact that Suhana has already become a social media star even before her making her Bollywood debut. In fact, she even did a photoshoot with her father’s bestie Karan Johar, for which she was styled by KJo himself.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will next be seen in Zero, alongside Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. The actor has also replaced Aamir Khan in the film Salute, which is based on the life of astronaut Rakesh Sharma.
So, Daisy Shah is a hoot! No one in their wildest dream would have thought that she would be the talking point after the Race 3 trailer released. While there was a mixed reaction over the trailer, it was Daisy Shah’s ‘Our business is our business, none of your business,’ dialogue which BROKE the internet in the most literal sense. So, what was her first reaction? She was enraged and in a fit of anger ranted on social media about the same. She wrote, “To all The people who think they are too smart. Create ur own identity 1st n ‘GET A LIFE’, Wait! I am sure u don’t have any #patheticLosers” But let’s face it, any publicity is good publicity and Daisy seems to have learnt this real quick when her own mentor Salman Khan jumped on the bandwagon promoting the dialogue with a zangy video. Jacqueline Fernandez too did the same.
Now, the Mumbai Police’s super woke social media team has taken this viral meme into cognizance and they took to Twitter to write, “Mind your own data to make sure that no one else takes advantage of it to beat you in the #RaceOfSafety.” The Daisy meme says: My data is my data, none of your data. Well, the actress took to Twitter to congratulate the police and replied with a polite #TooGood retort. This is a classic case of make hay while sun shine and hey, we are not complaining. We are just waiting for other brands to jump on this train and well earn two minutes of fame with this viral content. Daisy has all the reason to celebrate, in our opinion.
Shah Rukh Khan has over the years become a name to reckon with in the world of films. And making a debut alongside him or in a film that features Shah Rukh in the lead is a dream for many. Well, now we hear that for Sushrii Shreya Mishraa, this dream will soon become a reality. As per reports, it is learnt that Sushrii Shreya Mishraa, who was the third runner up in the 2015 Miss United Continents pageant will be seen making her Bollywood debut with the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Zero.
As per what we hear, Sushrii has been roped in to play the role of Abhay Deol’s girlfriend. If that wasn’t all, the stunner has already shot for the film and is apparently pretty kicked about her debut vehicle. Commenting on the same, Sushrii apart from having only words of praise for her co-star Abhay, went on to gush about the film being perfect and how Mukesh Chabbra’s casting company was the sole reason for her to bag this role.
As for the film itself, Zero that was announced a while back is being helmed by Aanand L. Rai. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, the film will see Khan playing a dwarf and is being readied to release on December 21.
The much-awaited Race 3 trailer was finally unveiled on May 15 and it generated mixed response. It’s the third installment of the Race series and stars Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Saqib Saleem. A section of moviegoers were unhappy with the fact that ‘the face of the Race’ Saif Ali Khan isn’t a part of this film and that Abbas-Mustan, who directed the first 2 parts, have been replaced by Remo Dsouza. The trailer gives a vibe that Race 3 will be a fun, masala film but many couldn’t stop complaining and even laughing about it. One of their grouses was that the dialogues are too cheesy. One such cheesy dialogue that got a lot of brickbats was ‘Our business is our business…none of your business’! It’s mouthed by Daisy Shah and even she came under the fire. As it is, many don’t feel she’s worthy enough and believe that it’s due to Salman Khan that she’s getting a chance to be in such plum projects.
It’s been 8 days since the trailer was out and this particular dialogue was converted into plenty of memes. May 15 was also the day when Karnataka elections results came out and though I didn’t see it myself, I am sure that there must be some meme showing Rahul Gandhi telling Narendra Modi or Amit Shah that ‘Our MLAs are our MLAs’! Just a random scroll on your Twitter, Facebook or Instagram feed would give you an idea on how this one-liner has crossed all boundaries. Today, netizens woke up to a surprise as even Mumbai Police alerted people not to share public information online, by using Daisy Shah’s picture and tweaking her dialogue!
Thankfully, the Race 3 team has taken the criticism in its stride. ‘Any publicity is good publicity,’ is an age old adage. They realized that their film is being talked about every time a joke or meme is being made, mocking the said dialogue. As a result, they have no complaints. In fact, the actors of the film like Jacqueline Fernandez and Salman Khan uploaded videos mouthing Daisy Shah’s dialogue. Jacqueline in fact posted two videos and one of it also had Daisy and their banter was quite nice. Thankfully, this time there would no ‘catfight-between-Race-3-heroines’ stories. The film is more than three weeks away and I am sure as Daisy speaks about her experience over her dialogue and a lot more, it’ll lead to more awareness and thereby hopefully, a lot of buzz. Daisy has already responded in a very endearing way to the Mumbai Police tweet.
What’s also interesting to note is that very rarely it happens that a dialogue, scene or a song becomes such a rage before the release of a film. 8 years ago, Sonakshi Sinha’s ‘thappad se darr nahin lagta’ similarly caught attention. But this dialogue in Dabangg trailer was loved and not made fun of, as it happened in the case of Daisy Shah’s one-liner. Social media wasn’t that huge back then and hence, it didn’t go viral. Same was the case with the ‘ek baar jo maine commitment kar di’ dialogue mouthed stylishly by Salman Khan 9 years ago in Wanted. In today’s times, the response would have been crazy. Dhanush was a huge star down South but he became known pan India because of his song ‘Kolaveri Di’ from the then unreleased 2012 film 3. Before Baahubali, this was the song that had neatly bridged the North-South divide in our country! Last year, Shahid Kapoor’s long monologue ending with ‘Woh Rajput’ in Padmaavat trailer also had become famous, though not as huge as Race 3. And just a few months ago, it was Priya Prakash Varrier ruling the roost in this category. Her sexy wink in a clip from the upcoming Malayalam film Oru Adaar Love caught the whole nation by storm. And now Priya Prakash Varrier has been replaced by Daisy Shah unexpectedly!
The only fear is that our filmmakers might try purposely incorporating such a silly dialogue in their films from now on, hoping that it would similarly go viral. As a result, the writing might suffer. However, such things can’t be planned. Even the Race 3 makers never must have imagined in their wildest dreams that this particular dialogue would become a talking point. Here’s hoping that no one replicates this aspect and as for Race 3 makers, enjoy the attention while it lasts!
Shah Rukh Khan can charm the most discerning of his critics because admittedly he has a way with words! No mortal can resist him and it’s not a coincidence that he is Bollywood’s ultimate idea of a romantic hero. But there are more facets to SRK other than being King Of Romance. Suhana Khan is all set to make her big ticket Bollywood debut soon and has already faced the camera for a magazine recently. She is being groomed by a bunch of experts and Karan Johar, her godfather. She is currently studying acting abroad.
Shah Rukh Khan has been busy with the shooting of Aanand L Rai directorial Zero. After shooting in Mumbai, the filming has now begun in Huntsville. Earlier last week, SRK reached the beautiful location in Alabama. They have already filmed at different locations including Grille 29, the Huntsville Botanical Garden and the Hindu Cultural Center of Alabama in Harvest.
Shah Rukh Khan and Aanand L Rai were seen on the sets of the film Zero recently enjoying some free time. In between shots, they were seen chilling with their crew members. Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani shared the picture from the set and wrote, “We can chat absolutely anywhere! Love these candid conversations… #zero.”
In Zero, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in never seen before avatar as a vertically challenged man. The film stars Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in the leading roles alongside SRK. This is their second collaboration as the trio after Yash Chopra’s last directorial, Jab Tak Hai Jaan. It will also have simply amazing cameos of Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor and Juhi Chawla. This will be, technically, the last film of late actress Sridevi. Zero will release on December 21, 2018.
It has been three years since Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan’s romantic comedy, Tanu Weds Manu Returns released and was a superhit. The film not only had a good storyline for a sequel but also had amazing chemistry between the two actors. Now, three years later, R Madhavan has reunited with filmmaker Aanand L Rai for Shah Rukh Khan starrer Zero.
As Tanu Weds Manu Returns completes 3 years today, Aanand L Rai took to Twitter to share a selfie with R Madhavan from the sets of Zero. They have reunited after 3 years. He captioned the image, “It’s #3YearsOfTanuWedsManuReturns and feel so happy to shoot with My Maddy our Manu in US for #zero #friendsforever.” According to the reports, R Madhavan reached USA to shoot for his special appearance in Zero. While the actor’s role has been kept under wraps, he will reportedly shoot at some science or tech facility.
R Madhavan has worked with Aanand L Rai on both superhit films- Tanu Weds Manu and its sequel Tanu Weds Manu Returns. This will be their third collaboration as director and actor.
Besides him, Jimmy Sheirgill will also have a cameo in the film. It will also have simply amazing cameos of Salman Khan, Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor and Juhi Chawla. This will be the last film of late veteran actress Sridevi. Zero stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the lead. It will release on December 21, 2018.
